MISSISSAUGA – January 3, 2009. On January 2, 2009 Louroz Mercader launched the first step in his 2010 municipal campaign “Together for Change. Together for Mississauga.” emphasizing the unprecedented energy and passion of the next generation of leaders.

The website allows visitors to study issues, read about major accomplishments, communicate directly with Louroz, join the campaign team and view Louroz in action in the community.

A proven leader with over a decade of public sector experience, Louroz has worked tirelessly to deliver innovate free programs for youth; promote the development of a sustainable transportation system and the building of strong healthy neighborhoods.

In 2008 Louroz served as President of the Mississauga Youth Games and Program Coordinator of Youth Can Move the World. He serves on the board of directors of the GO Transit Customer Service Advisory Committee, Safe City Mississauga and the United Way of Peel Region.
